Overview:
**Your Role**

We are currently looking to onboard an experienced Quality Assurance Consultant to join our established Operations Support team here at Gallagher Bassett to provide day-to-day advice and support to the Insurance for NSW team through the coordination of quality assurance audits. You will be part of a high performing team delivering recommendations and actions back to both the leadership team and external key stakeholders whilst ensuring legislative requirements and compliance are being met.

This position will be offered on a permanent full-time basis with hybrid flexibility working in the office and from home.

**Responsibilities**:
**You will add value to Gallagher Bassett across the following**:

- Conduct quality assurance and operational auditing
- Collaborate with team leaders to discuss trends, improvements/training opportunities including GIOCOP reporting
- Perform claims audit for certain clients monthly
- Collate QA data to present training to internal and external stakeholders
- Measure, analyse and report on performance
- Identifying risk and opportunities for improvement
- Assist in preparation and execution of audits by internal/external auditors
- Extensive reporting and review analysis
- Ensure compliance with legislative requirements
- An eye for continuous improvement

Qualifications:
**We’re interested in hearing from people who possess***:

- 5 years quality assurance or relevant industry experience
- Ability to build and develop business relationships
- Comply with relevant state legislation
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience in operational auditing
- Communication effectiveness
- Flexibility and receptive to change
- Focused on the customer/client
