So, what’s the job?

You’ll be responsible for both Quality Assurance and Audit functions within Claims You’ll review claims process including phone calls, claims outcomes and communications to identify deficiencies and recommend improvements particularly in the quality function You’ll examine customer experience and satisfaction of claims management include considering the voice of the Customer and dive outcome improvements You’ll ensure product integrity is reviewed and maintained You’ll review live claims payments as per agreed limits and processes to identify “live” leakage, “potential” leakage, and money lost, identifying incorrect or duplicate payments You’ll ensure payments appropriately documented, ensure authority levels are complied with and ensure decisions are made within policy coverage You’ll reduce payments and claims errors by liaising with and communicating with Claims Officers, Team Leaders and training team members

And what are we looking for?

You’ll have at least 1 years’ experience in insurance claims processing You’ll have an understanding of insurances processes and legislation You’ll ideally have experience in quality assurance assessment, however this is not required You’ll have strong communication skills with the ability to have difficult conversations with peers as required You’ll possess great attention to detail and have the ability to quickly identify patterns
