About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance and Claims Excellence Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for ensuring that our claims processes meet the highest standards of quality and integrity. The successful candidate will have a strong background in insurance claims processing, with experience in quality assurance assessment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review claims processes to identify areas for improvement, particularly in the quality function;
- Examine customer experiences and satisfaction of claims management, considering the voice of the customer;
- Ensure product integrity is reviewed and maintained;
- Review live claims payments to identify leakage and incorrect or duplicate payments;
- Liaise with Claims Officers, Team Leaders, and training team members to reduce payments and claims errors.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in insurance claims processing;
- An understanding of insurance processes and legislation;
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to have difficult conversations as required;
- Great attention to detail and the ability to quickly identify patterns.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and career growth opportunities.
