As the Claims Account Manager for NSW, you will be responsible for market facing relationships with targeted Brokers and Customers. In collaboration with our sales and claims team, you will develop tailored claims solutions, drive engagement with our partners for new business and to support business retention, deliver training across platforms and processes, and be the contact for queries and acute claims support.
You will also develop and introduce industry leading customer centric claims initiatives in conjunction with our Claims Teams and Customer Office.

- General Insurance claims management experience. Exposure to commercial motor, advantageous.
- Ability to be innovative and deliver new solutions to market.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the business and with external stakeholders.
