HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at C3Talent. In this newly created role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of HR in a growing, values-driven organisation.
The ideal candidate will possess 7+ years of experience as an HR Advisor or Business Partner in Aged Care, NDIS, Healthcare, or Medical sectors. You will have a strong understanding of industry challenges and be familiar with the SCHADs Award. Backed by a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, you will have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and HR systems.
As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with leadership to drive HR strategies that align with business objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Partnership: Drive HR initiatives that support business growth and employee engagement.
- Operational Focus: Manage day-to-day HR functions, including employee lifecycle activities, performance management, and policy implementation.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Build relationships across the organisation to deliver tailored HR solutions.
- Project Leadership: Lead key HR projects aimed at improving organisational effectiveness.
- Continuous Improvement: Enhance HR processes and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
