About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Product Expert to join our Commercial-RTA-Customer Experience team. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support to our Real Estate agency clients using our Real Time Agent product.

As a Technical Product Expert, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support to our customers. This includes managing inbound enquiries via phone and email, identifying process and product improvements from client feedback, and escalating complex issues to the development and sales teams.

In this role, you will work closely with the sales teams to deliver post-onboarding technical support to customers with varying levels of complexity. You will also be responsible for expanding your knowledge to become an industry expert within the Real Estate/Developer space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality technical support to our Real Estate agency clients
  • Manage inbound enquiries via phone and email
  • Identify process and product improvements from client feedback
