Clinical Director

As an ECC Clinical Director, you will play a crucial role in the growth and development of the Animal Referral Hospital Greater Western Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the ECC department and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement best practice processes to improve patient outcomes and department efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with the team, business manager, and other department heads to achieve growth and financial targets.
- Work collaboratively to develop and implement growth strategies.
- Support team members in their professional development and provide feedback and performance reviews.
Requirements:
- Veterinary degree available for registration in New South Wales.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience working in a 24/7 Emergency and Speciality Care hospital.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.
- Strategic thinking and management training (formal or informal).
