Veterinary Hospital Clinical Director

Animal Referral Hospital in Western Sydney seeks a skilled ECC Clinical Director to spearhead the growth of our state-of-the-art Veterinary Hospital.
We offer a brand-new, purpose-built facility with cutting-edge diagnostic imaging capabilities and a start-of-the-art ICU. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing the best care for pets in Western Sydney.
This is a predominantly clinical role with some administrative responsibilities, where you will:
- Work as an ECC Veterinarian across various shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends, ensuring a healthy work-life balance through collaborative roster planning with the Business Manager.
- Develop and implement best practice processes for the department.
- Communicate hospital vision and key updates to your team to foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure the department meets financial targets to sustain growth.
- Collaborate with the Business Manager and other department heads to devise growth strategies.
- Provide feedback and conduct performance reviews to identify areas for future professional growth and development within your team.
- Become a First Aid Officer with the appropriate training, as deemed by management.

Estimated annual salary: $120,000 - $150,000 depending on experience, along with referral bonuses and opportunities for career advancement.
