We are excited to announce an exciting opportunity for an experienced ECC Veterinarian to join our team as a Clinical Director, leading the growth and innovation of our department.
**Job Summary**
This is a full-time permanent role with a generous salary and benefits package, including relocation and sponsorship for you and your family. You will be working in a brand-new purpose-built Veterinary hospital with access to state-of-the-art facilities and a team of passionate professionals.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Work as an ECC Veterinarian across a mix of shifts, establishing best practice processes for the department and communicating the vision of the hospital to your team.
• Ensure the department meets financial targets to sustain growth, working with the business manager and other department heads to develop growth strategies.
• Support your team by providing feedback and conducting performance reviews, identifying areas for their future professional growth.
• Assist with recruitment activities, building on your current team and identifying complimentary skills.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to refine and grow the service, working collaboratively with the business manager and other department heads.
**Requirements**
• Hold a veterinary degree available for registration in New South Wales.
• Minimum of 5+ years working in a 24/7 Emergency and Speciality Care hospital.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully lead teams and strategic thinking to refine and grow the service.
• Management training and commitment to being a team player, good communicator, and contributing to a positive workplace environment.
• Dedication to delivering compassionate and high-quality veterinary care.
**What We Offer**
• A full-time permanent role with a generous salary package of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
• Relocation and sponsorship for you and your family, with pathway options to Permanent Residency.
