About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced ECC Veterinarian to join our team as a Clinical Director at Greencross Vets. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our hospital and driving excellence in emergency and critical care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of ECC Veterinarians and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve clinical excellence.
- Develop and implement best practice processes for the ECC department, ensuring seamless integration with other hospital services.
- Collaborate with the business manager and other department heads to develop growth strategies and drive financial targets.
- Provide feedback and conduct performance reviews to support the growth and development of your team.
- Assist with recruitment activities and identify complimentary skills to enhance the team's capabilities.
Requirements:
- Veterinary degree available for registration in New South Wales.
- Minimum of 5+ years working in a 24/7 Emergency and Speciality Care hospital.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead teams and drive clinical excellence.
- Strategic thinking to refine and grow the service.
- Management training (formal or informal through CPD) would be advantageous.
