Welcome to the Animal Referral Hospital, a multidisciplinary Veterinary Hospital serving Western Sydney pet owners and their pets. We are committed to delivering best-in-class emergency and specialist services, and we are seeking an experienced Veterinary Clinical Director to lead our team.
About the Role:This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned veterinarian to take on a leadership role in our hospital. As ECC Clinical Director, you will be responsible for managing our emergency and specialty departments, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care. You will also play a key role in shaping the future of our hospital, working closely with our business manager and other department heads to develop growth strategies and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:- Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical direction and oversight to our veterinary teams, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.
- Department Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of our emergency and specialty departments, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Growth Strategy: Work with our business manager and other department heads to develop and implement growth strategies, driving business results and expanding our service offerings.
- Team Development: Foster a positive and productive work environment, providing training and development opportunities to our staff and promoting a culture of excellence.

Requirements:To be considered for this role, you must have a veterinary degree available for registration in New South Wales, as well as at least 5 years of experience working in a 24/7 emergency and specialty care hospital. You should also possess strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
