About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced ECC Clinical Director to join our team at Animal Referral Hospital Minchinbury. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our hospital and driving our growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as an ECC Veterinarian across a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes.
- Establish and maintain best practice processes for the ECC department, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with our multidisciplinary team.
- Communicate the hospital's vision and key department updates to your team, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Work closely with our Business Manager and other department heads to develop and implement growth strategies, ensuring the department meets financial targets and contributes to the hospital's overall success.
- Support your team by providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews, identifying areas for growth and development.
- Assist with recruitment activities, building a strong and diverse team that reflects our hospital's values and mission.
- Become a first aider, with the appropriate training and certification.
