We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our Emergency and Critical Care (ECC) team at Animal Referral Hospital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, driving clinical excellence, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement best practice protocols for ECC patients
- Mentor and support ECC veterinarians to enhance their skills and confidence
- Collaborate with the business manager to drive financial growth and sustainability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referring veterinarians and clients
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A veterinary degree and registration in New South Wales
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a 24/7 ECC environment
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
