About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead our Emergency Veterinary Services team at Animal Referral Hospital in Greater Western Sydney.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our hospital and driving excellence in patient care.
The successful candidate will have a strong clinical background, with a minimum of 5+ years' experience working in a 24/7 Emergency and Speciality Care hospital.
You will be responsible for establishing best practice processes, communicating the hospital's vision, and ensuring the department meets financial targets to sustain growth.
This is a full-time permanent role, offering a generous salary package and relocation assistance for you and your family.
