About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our senior executives in their day-to-day activities.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for multiple executives.
  • Coordinate and prioritise incoming requests and messages, ensuring timely responses and follow-up actions.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents on behalf of senior executives.
  • Act as a liaison between senior executives and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and distribute meeting minutes as needed.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, collaborating with cross-functional teams as necessary.
  • Plan and organise team events, such as all hands off-site meetings, retreats, and team-building activities, to promote collaboration and morale.
  • Coordinate team-based reward and recognition programs to acknowledge and celebrate the achievements and contributions of team members.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in handling executive matters.
  • Anticipate and proactively address potential issues or conflicts, demonstrating problem-solving skills and sound judgment.

Requirements

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives.
  • Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, Confluence, and Jira.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
  • Background in events highly regarded.
  • A track record of excellence in high-performance settings.

  • A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
