Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled professional to join the Regional Express Holdings Limited team as a full-time Rostering Coordinator for Flight Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and publish Flight Instructor and Student Rosters in compliance with relevant aviation regulations.
  • Monitor and report on the operational status of crews for roster preparation purposes.
  • Oversight of crew currency, training, check, and licensing requirements to ensure optimal operational status.
  • Liaise with the Check and Training team for training requirements planning during unpublished roster periods.
  • Book ad-hoc flights, transportation, and accommodations as required.
  • Communicate roster changes to crew members.
  • Construct and publish Crew Tours of Duty while ensuring maximum crew utilization and cost-efficiency.
  • Manage Flight Instructor Annual Leave rosters.
  • Assist with payroll and administrative tasks as needed.
Selection Criteria:
  • Familiarity with CASA crew duty requirements and limitations.
  • Previous experience in airline operations.
  • Experience with FlightPro is desirable.
  • Prior knowledge of interpreting Awards.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure environments with limited supervision.
  • Excellent communication and organizational/time management skills.
  • Adaptability to an evolving work environment.

Estimated Salary: AU$60,000 - AU$80,000 per annum
