Our team on the ground, Operational Vehicle Coordinators, play a vital role in managing our e-bike fleets. As an Operational Vehicle Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving service vehicles to pick up e-bikes across the city and moving them to high-demand locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a service vehicle (typically a van, ute, or small electric vehicle) to collect and transport e-bikes
  • Work independently or with a Ground Patroller to support fleet management operations
  • Maintain a high level of safety and attention to detail while operating a vehicle

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An open class Australian Driver Licence
  • The ability to work a minimum of 22 hours per week
  • Flexibility to work regular evenings, nights, and/or weekends
  • Ability to regularly lift, carry, and maneuver up to 30kg
  • Some experience working as a driver (e.g., courier, Uber, removalist, etc.) is highly desirable but not essential
  • A fast learner who is comfortable working with technology, communicating, and multitasking
  • A safe and competent driver able to be in charge of a vehicle
  • A self-starter who radiates positivity and possesses a 'can-do' attitude
  • A team player who works well with others and can handle a high-pressure, fast-paced environment

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide opportunities for career growth and professional development within our dynamic and innovative company.
