In Sydney, we're seeking a driven Strategic Sales Manager - Asset Finance to join our team, reporting to our Head of Sales, Brand & Marketing.
This senior-level role involves managing existing broker relationships, developing new business, and increasing sales for your State.
You will acquire new broker firms to expand our portfolio size, build awareness of our value proposition in the market, identify opportunities with quick turnaround, and successfully deliver sales targets and strategic KPI's set by the business.
Collaborating with the Sales team, you'll identify and implement innovative go-to-market strategies to grow our presence in the market.
Key qualifications include experience in a similar position within the Asset Finance space, proven success in managing broker relationships, meeting/exceeding sales targets, problem-solving, decision-making, and strong relationship-building skills.
A competitive salary package of approximately $120,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in driving business growth.
