Role Overview

In this pivotal role as a Senior Business Development Manager at Bravura Solutions, you will play a key part in driving growth and expanding our presence within the adviser segment.

As part of Bravura Solutions, we provide innovative technology services to leading financial institutions across Europe, the Middle East, and the Asia Pacific regions. Our AdviceOS platform is a cutting-edge digital advice solution for Independent Financial Advice practices, large AFSLs, and profit-for-member superannuation funds.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy in collaboration with the APAC sales team, balancing financial gain and customer satisfaction/retention.
  2. Cultivate strategic relationships with key external stakeholders, including high-value clients, industry leaders, regulatory bodies, internal senior leadership, and cross-functional teams.
  3. Lead the development of sales presentations tailored to financial advice practices and key strategic accounts within the financial services industry.
  4. Oversee advanced software demonstrations and represent Bravura at prominent industry events to establish our company as a market leader.
  5. Lead the creation of business proposals, including responses to complex RFPs, ensuring alignment with our strategic positioning.
  6. Provide strategic guidance on business decisions and advise on high-impact investment opportunities, aligning with our long-term growth objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of business development experience with a passion for sales.
  • Knowledge of investment, superannuation, social security, and taxation.
  • Strong financial planning background and experience in Financial Services technology.
  • Proven experience selling software to financial advisors.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to build long-term partnerships.
  • Ability to identify and establish opportunities in existing and new markets, nurture a sales pipeline, and deliver results.
  • Track record of participating in design workshops and customer journey/user research sessions.
  • A strong customer focus, presentation skills, and expert communication to build and manage strong relationships with both internal and external key executive stakeholders.
