Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Guest Services Agent to join our team at Rydges North Sydney. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and upholding the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Welcoming guests, processing their check-in and check-out, and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Customer Service: Addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about the hotel and local attractions.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintaining records, processing payments, and managing correspondence.
  • Coordination with Other Departments: Communicating guest needs and special requests to housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
  • Upselling Services: Promoting hotel amenities and services, such as dining options, to enhance guest experience.

Requirements
  • A strong background in Reservations and/or Front Office is preferred.
  • Outstanding written & verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to multi-task as well as work under pressure.
  • A team player, with flair for sales.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
Salary Estimate

We offer a competitive salary of around $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and perks.
