  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to optimize Cost of Goods and implement efficient kitchen operations.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety and WH&S policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a kitchen or cooking role within a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Experience in leading and developing a team is highly valued.
  • Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of food safety concerns and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
