Job Summary

We're seeking an accomplished Senior Account Executive, Enterprise to spearhead new enterprise opportunities across our thriving verticals. As a trusted advisor, you'll collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maximize success.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closure, focusing on achieving quarterly targets by selling to new customers.
  • Identify and close new revenue opportunities, driving growth through executive-level relationships within enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand our presence in key markets, representing SafetyCulture at tradeshows and customer summits.
  • Deliver customized presentations and demos to prospective customers, showcasing the unique benefits of our solutions.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with Customer Success to ensure seamless transitions and onboarding experiences for new customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies, achieve commercial goals, and prioritize customer feedback in product development and service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity tracking and reporting within Salesforce.
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in SaaS sales, particularly in driving customer acquisition through strategic prospecting within enterprise clients.
  • A consultative approach to sales, excelling in building trust, establishing rapport, and identifying customer needs and pain points.
  • Demonstrated ability to spearhead new customer acquisition initiatives and handle complex deal sizes and C-Level relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills, capable of handling multiple accounts and high-volume client interactions efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills, adept at collaborating across teams to leverage opportunities in new markets.
