About the Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to join our Enterprise Solution Sales team, where you'll play a critical part in driving the adoption of our scaled Agile solution among our largest customers.

As an Enterprise Sales Strategist, you'll be responsible for building and implementing effective sales strategies that drive business growth and customer success.

You'll partner closely with our Strategic Account team to develop account plans and drive the book of business, while also fostering strong relationships with solution partners and global sales influencers (GSIs).

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead end-to-end sales motions for our scaled Agile solution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive customer adoption and retention.
  2. Develop and execute territory plans, prioritizing customer engagements to maximize growth and retention.
  3. Build strong relationships with solution partners and GSIs, co-selling and collaborating to drive business outcomes.
  4. Forecast and manage a pipeline of opportunities for our scaled Agile solution, ensuring accurate projections and timely sales execution.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a closing role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
  • Experience selling Enterprise SaaS products, with a deep understanding of scaled Agile frameworks and lean portfolio management.
  • Customer-centric mindset, with a passion for driving transformational deals and growing Enterprise accounts through cross-selling and upsell.
  • Experience creating alignment and orchestrating internal account teams, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
