Customer Service and Administration Support

Our client, an Australian owned and operated company designing and manufacturing award-winning innovative plastic packaging solutions, are seeking a customer-centric administration officer. The bulk of the enquiries are via the website and incoming calls. If you are after variety then this role is for you. It also includes administration support.
Your role:
- Provide information to clients about solutions.
- Ensures accurate and prompt order processing and complaint handling.
- Support internal departments: Finance and Account Managers.
- Maintain records of client interactions, transactions, comments, complaints.
- Listen and respond to clients' needs
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities across the range
- Working on new enquiries, quotes and arranging samples
- Create and maintain client accounts including master data and pricing
- Ensures accurate and complete order lifecycle from entry to invoicing
- Ensures customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Provide administration support including Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Permanent full-time role Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
You will have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent communication skills, and a friendly phone manner
- Previous experience with taking inbound and making outbound calls
- Possess a positive, and customer focused attitude
- Prior experience in servicing a customer base
- A team player that can add value
- Intermediate Microsoft Office
