We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Team Member to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of both physical and electronic records, including record sentencing, in accordance with set service standards and contractual requirements.

Main Duties:
  • Mailroom duties, including mail sorting and distribution;
  • Reception responsibilities, including answering phone calls and responding to emails;
  • File creation and retrieval, including data entry and administration tasks;
  • Handling and resolving client inquiries, both verbally and in writing;
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks as required;
  • Lifting moderate to heavy loads.
Key Requirements:
  • Previous mailroom experience is an advantage, but training will be provided;
  • Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to work well within a team environment;
  • Strong administrative, time management, and organisational skills;
  • Desire to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at around AU$60,000 - AU$70,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide opportunities for career progression and professional development, as well as a rewarding and inclusive work environment.
