Customer Support Administrator

**About the Role**
Our client who are a large well-known not-for-profit organisation are seeking a Customer Support Administrator for a 8-week temporary contract. As the Customer Support Administrator, you will support teams and programs as needed by carrying out a variety of administrative and customer service duties.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- First point of contact for clients and vendors where changes are required or general enquiries
- Ensuring Purchase Order are completed correctly for matching after-service delivery and processed in a timely manner
- Liaise with external stakeholders
- Updating clients on waitlists to ensure they are kept in the loop with wait times
- Update scheduled appointments within the Client Management System
- Support team members by sharing your knowledge and fostering a positive, collaborative environment
**Skills and Abilities**:
- Proven experience in a busy administrative support environment required
- Experience in a human services organisation is preferred but not essential
- Managing supplier and customer service inquiries over the phone and online
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Web-based software and Microsoft Office programs like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet
