Job DescriptionThis role involves providing top-notch customer service to our students and internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, as well as email inquiries in a professional and courteous manner;
- Providing administrative support, including data entry and maintenance of student records;
- Collaborating with the internal team to achieve time-sensitive outcomes and drive business results;
- Communicating with external students via phone and email to ensure their needs are met;
- Meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to deliver exceptional service standards;
As a successful candidate, you will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. If you have experience working in a similar customer support/administrator role or in an office/call centre setting, we would love to hear from you
