At Workday, our Corporate Sales Development team strive to build relationships on the foundation of integrity, collaboration and transparency. Inspiring organisations and connecting them to the next digital era of innovation in HR & Finance.

About the Role

We are seeking natural born leaders, comfortable communicators, and those with a passion for connecting with people. If you are motivated by a challenge, have good listening skills, can think on your feet, and have a bit of competitive drive, this is the start to your career in sales.- Deliver qualified opportunities for progression into Stage 1 pipeline- Work closely with Account Executives on account engagement plans to ensure we maximise account coverage- Collaborate tightly with regional Marketing teams on campaigns and provide close loop feedback- Generate High Value Activity daily to engage with new prospects and follow up on leads- Conduct relevant research to understand industry and business drivers as part of outbound plan- Qualify accounts and leads to understand pain points, compelling events, timeline and discover decision makers- Communicate at a professional level to engage effectively with C-Suite executives- Articulate clearly the value of Workday’s solutions- Leverage available tools (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc) to perform prospecting activities- Maintain high Salesforce hygiene and ensure all activities and notes are updated timely

About You- Current or prior insides sales and sales development experience; Min 2 years- You have a relentless drive and work ethic. Our Approach to Flexible Work
