We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Aesthetics QLD to join our team based in Brisbane, QLD.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the attainment of sales targets and manage activities with target customers by leading and motivating the sales team.
- Oversee the Queensland operations, fostering team culture, alignment, and engagement, and ensuring effective branch office work practices and safety.
- Implement and manage comprehensive sales plans, including strategic metrics, goal setting, and performance evaluation for Business Development Managers (BDMs).
- Provide coaching and development to sales team members, ensuring they receive necessary training and performance feedback.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and ensure effective execution of marketing strategies.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience with a minimum of 3 years in sales management, demonstrating ability to lead and guide teams.
- Strong strategic account management skills, with prior experience in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) preferred.
- Hands-on experience in Aesthetics Sales or a similar field is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a track record of successful customer and stakeholder engagement.
