We are seeking a result driven Inside Sales Representative to join our Aesthetics team in North Sydney head office. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about aesthetics and driven to excel in a competitive sales environment. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling Galderma's portfolio of Aesthetic products to healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities- Providing clinical and commercial expertise on our Aesthetics portfolio range across Restylane (Filler), Dysport (Toxin) & Sculptra (PLLA)- Develop and grow the Galderma aesthetic portfolio by identifying key opportunities for growth within current and existing businesses.- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing accounts through regular communication, product knowledge and educational initiatives.- Ensure all client engagements are recorded in the CRM system within 48 hours of occurring. This includes capturing key discussion points and accurately recording training stock distribution according to current SOP’s.- Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, clinical and customer service, to drive brand awareness.- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and market developments to identify opportunities and challenges within the industry.- Utilise CRM systems and sales tools effectively to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and generate insightful reports.- Attend professional development courses and on-going training as required.

Skills & Qualifications- Business or Science degree highly regarded.- Minimum of 3 years related customer service/sales/telemarketing experience. Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry experience an advantage.- Demonstrated achievement record in prior sales role.- Professional resilience, positive and energetic- Excellent verbal, written and telephone skills supported by strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team structure and to deadlines.
