Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Regional Profitability Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving profitability, and elevating the customer experience across our VIC and TAS stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales Growth: Partner with Regional Managers to achieve regional sales targets, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives
  • Monitor Market Trends: Proactively monitor market trends and competitive activity, identifying opportunities to expand market share and capitalise on emerging customer segments or product categories
  • Analyse Sales Data: Analyse regional sales data to identify opportunities for growth and work with Regional Managers to develop initiatives that maximise sales and profitability
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee and ensure operational consistency and excellence across all stores
  • Leadership Development: Provide guidance, support and coaching to Regional Managers in analysing store performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to enhance efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Experience: Significant experience in a multi-site retail management role, with a proven track record of success in driving sales, improving profitability and elevating customer experience
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in leading, managing and developing high-performing teams within a matrixed organisational structure
  • Brand Knowledge: Strong understanding and appreciation for the brand, its aesthetic and target customer. Experience in contributing to the growth and development of a premium retail brand is highly advantageous
