As a Board Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Nuix's board of directors. You will be responsible for supporting the board’s operations including managing board meetings, maintaining accurate records, and supporting board members in carrying out their duties effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively overseeing all board schedules and ad hoc meetings including: coordinating diaries and travel arrangements, organising room set-up (for both local and overseas Board meetings), distribution of Board papers and organisation of food catering for all local Board meetings.
Ensuring all board and committee papers are completed on time and following up contributors on their deliverables for meetings.
Uploading board and committee papers into the Diligent Platform
Board support and administration with respect to the Diligent Platform
Facilitate all IT support for directors and officers.
Ensuring board/committee meetings run efficiently and on time.
Providing support to the Company Secretary and APAC legal team as and when required.
Maintaining company statutory minute registers, Board correspondence on administrative matters, and support in relation to subsidiary company meetings.
Assisting the Company Secretary with administration and strategic support as and when required.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Proven experience working in a similar role, preferably within the computer software or technology industry.
Knowledge of board governance principles and practices.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, law or related field;
Attention to detail and ability to work meticulously.
Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and manage workflow under pressure and to meet strict deadlines;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Demonstrable energy, commitment and drive to succeed;
Ability to act with integrity and discretion;
Prior experience working in a legal environment is advantageous.
