PMO Coordinator

Great opportunity to join one of Australia’s leading tertiary institutions as they further progress on their path to become a leading digital organisation. In this role you will work with the PMO Manager to oversee the development, governance and delivery of their large investment in technology projects. This is a 6 month contract and an immediate start is available.
This role is varied and interesting, and will range from helping develop portfolio strategies, to taking board meeting minutes. The role will suit someone with good attention to detail and follow-through, with experience in an **enterprise IT organisation.** A hybrid working model is available.
**The role will see you**:
- Coordinate digital governance meetings, schedule & plan for board meetings, distribute board papers, prepare reporting packs & track meetings/discussions
- Portfolio development and management, assisting with improving and maturing the portfolio prioritisation process and systems and perhaps create business cases.
- Administration of Digital Initiative Requests, logging of new requests and liaising with technical teams of progress of requests
- Risk/issue management
- Resource Management
- Portfolio assurance
- Induction training facilitation
- Financials Management
***You will bring to the role**:
- 5 years experience as a **PMO Coordinator or PMO Analyst **gained in an **enterprise IT organisation**:
- Experience with the **Clarity** tool.
- Experience with **salary clearing, monthly financial reporting, time sheeting, invoicing, purchase requisitions, journals, ability to upload financial data to Clarity and work to resolve finance queries.**
