MAYDAY Recruitment are seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to support the CEO within a fast-paced and evolving environment. Play a vital role in providing end-to-end support for the development and execution of search assignments. An opportunity to contribute to the success of a growing business and be a key go-to person for the CEO.

**The role**:
- Offer administrative and project support to the CEO
- Manage financial support tasks, including invoicing and forecast support
- Handle diary management, meeting scheduling, and expenses for the CEO
- Assist in business project support and management team travel arrangements
- Execute assignment-related tasks, including database management and administrative functions
- Represent the company in a professional manner, managing client interactions and strategy review meetings
- Lead Quality Assurance team and manage tools, systems, and processes
- 5+ years executive-level experience, ideally in professional services at an executive level
- Rigorous, methodical, and efficient with excellent problem-solving skills
- Superior oral and written communication skills with high-level computer literacy
- Ability to manage competing expectations, multitask effectively, and handle confidential information with discretion
- Mature, elegant, and sophisticated communication style with high accuracy
