**Your new company**
This exciting opportunity is with a Global Renewable Energy company who are looking for an EA / Office Manager to join their expanding team. They generate and source renewable energy and lead Australia's transition to a clean energy future. Beginning with a 12-month fixed term contract with a 12-month potential of going permanent.
**Your new role**
Providing administrative support to the CEO and the broader leadership team, with a key focus on ensuring the efficient running of the office, reception and management of facilities and associated budgets.
**EA support**
- Diary management for CEO
- Produce quality presentations, documents and correspondence
- Planning and scheduling meetings, conferences and travel for execs and teams
- Process expenses, create purchase requisitions and arrange payment of invoices
- Welcome guests of the CEO, ensure meeting rooms are prepped and ready
- Assist with management of community engagement functions
**Office Management**
- Manage multiple budgets (general services, travel, facilities, office leases, fleet management)
- Manage key suppliers and accounts (travel, consumables, equipment, manufacturers and maintenance providers)
- Co-ordinate external and internal functions and events i.e. conferences, board meetings and staff functions
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Have at least 4 years experience in a similar role
- Experience with contracts / leases
- Strong communication / interpersonal skills
- Time management / Multitasker
- Flexible and adaptable
- PR / Australian Citizens only_
