Exciting Opportunity 3-Day/Week Assistant to the Executive Assistant to the CEO

Are you a dynamic and organised individual looking to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment? Look no further We're seeking a motivated Assistant to support the Executive Assistant to the CEO three days a week.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing administrative support to the EA to CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assisting with travel arrangements and preparing travel itineraries.
- Coordinating logistics for meetings, conferences, and events.
- Conducting research and compiling data as needed.
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in administrative support roles.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
