**About the company**

Our client, a not for profit organisation providing high-quality and affordable housing,
***is a seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support to the CEO and the wider team in a variety of administration tasks.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Full suite of EA and administrative responsibilities
- Manage all office documentation
- Day to Day office operations management
- Act as key liaison with the IT contractor
- Heavy liaison with internal and external stakeholders
- Onboarding new staff and assisting with specific events when required
- General ad-hoc office management and administrative duties

To be successful in this role, you must have 2+ years' experience as an EA/Office Manager role, with strong technological skills, excellent attention to detail and demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively across a small team.

You will also be required to have effective written and verbal communication skills and excellent relationship building skills.
