That’s why we’re on the hunt for a respected and passionate professional to fill the role of Head of Sales & Product located at our head office in Mulgrave, Victoria. As our Head of Sales, reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will manage functions of Sales, product marketing, campaigns, and training and retention for both Passenger Cars and Vans divisions to exceed new business, profit margin and conversions.
- What you’ll do - Manage, monitor and develop volume and margin growth for all Retail Dealerships (~60)
- Maintain all existing Dealer relationships and existing portfolios whilst seeking new business opportunities for wholesale and retail financing and insurance
- Help manage and drive appropriate pricing adjustments to ensure the MBFS portfolio is profitable
- Develop, execute and maintain new business and nurturing strategies for Mercedes-Benz cars and vans fleet customers
- Act as a key liaison and be responsible for all brand related topics including the development of MBPC related management presentations, the managing of dealer incentive programs, create and present content to C suite stakeholders monthly at internal and external meetings
- Develop and execute effective national Retention programs and strategies to ensure a growing portfolio and loyal customers
- Execute brand strategy for MBFSAu through retail and product strategies, communications (customer, dealer, internal and external), concepts and activities
- Influence and support effective marketing strategies for the product portfolio to drive product awareness and take-up
- Develop CRM and quantitative Business Development Centre (BDC) initiatives to drive sales strategies
- Create and manage any execution of events, sponsorships and other activities to strengthen business relationships and raise awareness of MBFS product and service offering
- Create and oversee the development and execution of the MBFS product strategy including the unique sales proposition for MBFS sales channels (offline and online)
- Collaborate and lead key stakeholder discussions in order to drive a one voice approach to the network for both Finance and Insurance

**Qualifikationen**:

- What you’ve got - Strong leadership experience, with a proven ability to effectively lead and develop your teams to support profitable growth.
- A tertiary qualification in finance or marketing and at least 10 years experiences in the finance and insurance industry
- In depth knowledge of the automotive and financial services market & competitors
- Strong strategic planning and delivery skills as well as superior research and analytical skills
- Experience in the digitization of customer journeys, brand marketing and retail marketing
- Excellent problem solving abilities, strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure and proven negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
- The ability to balance competing priorities and complete tasks on time
