THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Sales to lead our national sales efforts in the Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) industry and maintain our market leading position.

The Head of Sales will oversee a team of Partnership Managers focused on winning new business, who are key to setting the foundation of strong, long-term mutually beneficial relationships with schools through their engagement throughout the sales cycle.

Also incorporated in this role is the leadership of our Bid Team and a B2B Marketing Manager tasked with maximizing customer engagement. This role is pivotal in driving growth, expanding our market presence, and ensuring the successful acquisition of new clients.

The Head of Sales is also accountable for a significant budget deliverable in ensuring that those schools won also meet important margin hurdles and deliver on projected future performance.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Demonstrated success and solid experience in a sales leadership role – ideally B2B
  • Track record in building and leading a high performing sales team
  • Data driven mindset and excellent knowledge of sales analysis and metrics
  • Hands on experience with CRM software
  • Authentic and professional approach with exceptional stakeholder management skills 
  • Intellectual curiosity and the desire the deliver positive commercial outcomes
