**An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Partnerships Manager to join our TEG team in Sydney or Melbourne**
Our Commercial Partnerships Manager is responsible for the development and sales of TEG sponsorships, venue and media assets across all elements of TEG businesses.
You will provide advice to TEG owned promoters and clients to assist in their commercialisation efforts and identify opportunities for partnerships across TEG.
TEG Commercial is a growing element of the TEG business and provides commercial strategy and advice to all TEG businesses. This role will support our next phase of growth
**About the Role**
**A day in the life of our Commercial Partnerships Manager will look like**:
- You will Identify and develop new business through direct relationships with brands and agencies.
- You will build client database, to enhance the effectiveness of current and future selling opportunities.
- Negotiate long form contracts for all new partnership deals and communicate entitlements to relevant TEG participants.
- You will Provide advice about navigating commercial outcomes and opportunities that benefit TEG, for future growth of the business.
- Ensure all commercial obligations to sponsors are delivered.
- Your role involves working with our TEG promoters and the Account management team, to identify and develop a sustained pipeline of sales opportunities.
- You will assist the development of the TEG commercial and sales strategy, identifying new sponsorable properties and other growth areas.
- Identify cross selling opportunities with Ovation Digital, TEG Hospitality and other TEG businesses.
- Assist in planning the annual TEG Commercial budget
- Achieve annual sponsorship budget and support business objectives.
**About you**
- You will have to least 5 years’ experience in high performing sponsorship and/or media sales teams.
- Experience of developing sales strategy and new business initiatives.
- Experience of strategic prospecting and cold calling capability at an executive level.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills with the experience and credibility to be a respected spokesperson and relationship builder.
- Ability to develop and produce market leading presentations for a variety of clients across a diverse range of industries.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and delivering commercial partnerships and of achieving and exceeding targets.
- A demonstrable understanding of the sports and entertainment industries and related industries including broadcast and digital media.
- You will hit the ground running and be best paced for success, if you have an existing, strong network of contacts.
