**The Job**
We are recruiting for a National Commercial Partnership Manager to provide valuable partnership management and to identify, negotiate and secure suitable office tower partnership opportunities for the VMO Work business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establish an excellent repour with all existing and future concessional partners to ensure client relationships are maintain to a high professional standard of service.
- Through these secured partnerships and with your own network contacts, identifying suitable new digital location opportunities.
- Identify and secure suitable national commercial officer towers with a strong multi-corporate tenancy.
- Manage the process of preparing of all financial overviews, site submissions, securing appropriate financial outcomes for the partnership, negotiation, release and follow up of all associated administrative duties.
- Working in collaboration with the Operations Team with the efficient communication during the installation process of our digital screens and ensure our concessional partners are happy with the outcome and final product and all contract requirements are put into place and all relevant documentation provided to the client.
- Support the Commercial Director with new business development opportunities and objectives and the day to day running of this business.

- Demonstrated a record of success in commercial relationships and involvement at a leadership level (5-10 yrs).
- Supported and contributed to the development of a strong commercial culture and work ethos that focuses on deliverables in key activity areas.
- Demonstrated expertise in prioritising, goal setting and delivering key outcomes within stated timelines, strong time management skills required.
- Excellent verbal, written and negotiation skills.
- Articulates clearly in presentations and formulates high quality written correspondence and proposals.
- Commitment, enthusiasm and superior commercial judgement combined with well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Supported and contributed to the development of a strong commercial culture and work ethos that focuses on deliverables in key activity areas.
- Positive attitude and the flexibility to work in a fast past and changing environment.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Have an active business network (highly desirable)
- Real estate or property experience (desirable)
- Media industry experience (desirable)
