Suntory Oceania, a leading beverage company, is seeking an experienced Commercial Partnership Development Manager to join their team. As the fourth-largest beverage player in the region, we are well-positioned to ignite the category and create more beverage moments from sunrise to sunset.

The Opportunity:

This role offers a unique chance to develop your skills in customer acquisition and management with huge opportunities for future development and growth. You will report to the National Business Manager – Distributors & Leisure and focus on delivering the Suntory Foodservice strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales and profitability.
  • Nurture relationships with existing partners and identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage trading terms to achieve targets and evaluate competitor activities for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate sales forecasts and optimal trading terms.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in National Account Management, ideally in Foodservice and QSR.
  • Strong influencing, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to maintain and develop new business opportunities with strong skills in acquiring new customers.
Competitive Remuneration Package

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including an industry-leading parental leave policy.
