Overview:
**The Opportunity**:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a small team of administrative staff, reporting to a supportive, hands-on manager. In this role, you will provide effective and efficient administrative support to various departments at the Cook Australia manufacturing facility.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to Facilities Manager and other areas of the business.
- Prepare reports, memos, letters and other documents, using work processing, spreadsheets, database, and/or presentation software.
- Compile numerical or statistical data.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports.
- Provide back-up support to front desk reception as required.
