**Administration Assistant - Autoglass**

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to showcase your administrative skills and contribute to the overall success of our Autoglass division? We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Specialist to join our team and provide essential administrative support across various functions at our Eight Mile Plains site.

**Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
- Adhere to policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines in all administrative tasks.
- Assist with data entry, documentation, filing, and other clerical duties as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

**About you**:

- Ability to work independently and take initiative with mínimal supervision.
- Strong time management skills with an excellent attendance record.
- Flexible approach to working hours to meet business needs.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
