Office Administrator for Commercial Law Firm

Embark on a challenging and rewarding career as an Office Administrator with our esteemed law firm in Eight Mile Plains. In this dynamic role, you will provide administrative support to one of our Directors, who specializes in commercial property and succession law.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of legal secretarial experience, preferably with exposure to property law. As an Office Coordinator/Legal Secretary, your duties will include:
- Dictation, online research, and general PA duties
- Assisting the Director with yearly QLS processes and trust account banking matters
- Answering phones and serving as the first point of contact for clients
- Invoicing, aged debtors, and reports for work in progress
- Liaising with the Directors on management matters and ensuring office procedures remain up-to-date
- Safe custody and archiving duties
- Ordering stationery, office supplies, and coordinating office maintenance
Your compensation package includes a salary up to $85,000 + Superannuation, depending on your experience.
