About the Role
- We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable individual to join our team as a Reception and Administrative Support Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and employees alike.
- Meet and greet visitors, coordinating site access as needed.
- Provide administrative support to internal teams, utilizing strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Coordinate couriers, receiving deliveries, and mail responsibilities with efficiency.
- Maintain the kitchens and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in a reception role, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
- Able to work independently, with a flexible and adaptable nature.
- Possess high levels of initiative, driving internal and external communications effectively.
- Organized, with strong time management skills and the ability to multitask.
Estimated Salary: $34 per hour + superannuation benefits.
