Sales Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated person to join us on a Permanent Full-Time basis as a Sales Administrator (office based) and support the Commercial team on site at our Queensland Office (Eight Mile Plains).
This fast-paced role which will provide general administrative, data and reporting support across a broad range of duties.
This is an all-rounder role and we’re looking for someone who can work as a team and roll their sleeves up to make a real difference to our site. Key Job Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will be responsible for general administrative support such as: Data entry and sales reporting for managers and the general team. Assisting with inventory management, resolving issues and reporting. Data entry and management of purchase supplies for the team. Supporting financial functions through data entry and reporting. Coordinating travel and meetings for managers and the general team Ensuring filing and office housekeeping is kept up to date.
They will also need to be able to work in a safe manner and adhere to requirements. About The Person:
To be successful in this role, the successful applicant will have the following characteristics: Be able to follow safety, quality and general company policies & procedures. Prior experience in an office administration / support role. Excellent computer skills (especially within Microsoft Office and SAP desirable). Have a positive attitude with a strong work ethic and be able to show initiative. Be a self-starter with a can-do attitude and ability to work in a team or unsupervised. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with Computer literacy. Excellent organisational, time management skills with ability to prioritise. Strong attention to detail and ability to learn new systems quickly.
