This powerhouse business is seeking an experienced and switched-on Business Unit Manager/EA to be the right hand to a top selling Principal/Director.

You will own the support and administration function for this business unit, with absolutely NO prospecting or sales duties required whatsoever Your role will be strictly Monday to Friday ONLY and your key focus will be to provide administrative support to this Director and their team and keep them on track and continuing to smash results.

**The Position**

In the role of EA/Business Unit Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

- Liaise with vendors, buyers and solicitors throughout the sales process
- Prepare agency agreements, listing presentations and oversee all sales administration including preparation of proposals, pre-listing kits, letters and other documents
- Oversee the property and agent marketing, social media accounts and advertising campaigns
- Database maintenance and reporting

**The Person**
- A demonstrated track record in real estate as an Executive Assistant, Operations or Sales Support role (minimum 3 years' experience)
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Proven experience working alongside a top performer who operates at a fast pace
- A Grade presentation, a professional demeanour and first-class communication skills
- Someone with the confidence and backbone to work with a high performing a team and keep them on track
- You will be a true support person who thrives behind the scenes and wants to make this function your own long-term
- You need to be proactive, resourceful and willing to work collaboratively to achieve results
