CGC Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a company who specialise in providing access consulting services to assist with the design, development, and approval/certification process for new buildings.

There are about 19 people in the business and they have ambitious growth and diversity plans.

Seeking a confident and experienced Office Manager/EA from ideally a certification firm in the building industry, a property developer/construction or architecture firm. This role will provide Group executive support, coordination and administration to the 3x Managing Directors and wider team. The Executive Assistant acts as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues.

You will be someone who takes pride in their personal presentation, takes a professional approach to work, and is confident in their abilities and personality.
- 8.30am - 5pm
- Have the drive to progress to GM/Operations
- Passionate and experienced team
- $110-150k + Super depending on experience
- CBD location

**The Role**
The day to day will include office management, compiling and issuing reports and proposals, document management, curation of website and social media presence (LinkedIn), assisting with internal audits associated with the Business Management System and client liaison.

They will provide training on systems and certifications for the industry.

**Experience & Skills**
- High level of honesty, integrity and responsibility
- 5 years' experience in a similar office management/varied EA environment
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (word, outlook, excel etc)
- Experience managing general IT requests.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous presentation, client focused, and friendly disposition.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Website coordination and knowledge of social media platforms including LinkedIn
- Previous experience in architecture, building or property - desirable
- Familiarity with Business Management Systems (ISO 9001) - Desirable
