EA/Office Manager job located in North Ryde

**Your new company**

A globally renowned medical devices company is currently looking for an Executive Assistant to support their GM and manage their North Ryde office.

**Your new role**

This varied, hand-on role will include:

- Managing a busy calendar and schedule for the GM
- Booking international and domestic travel and accommodation
- Supporting HR with onboarding and EHS
- Assist marking with events and social media campaigns
- Processing expenses and raining purchase orders

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Previous experience supporting a senior team member
- Willingness to assist the smooth running of all commercial operations
- Experience of sourcing suppliers and negotiating terms
- Ability to prioritise your workload and manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and able to learn new systems
